ULTIMATE
This was the iPhone of the ’30s. Popular among spies, this amazing device was in development for years by my new hero, Noel Pemberton Billing — aviator, inventor, and British Lord. It’s made out of about a billion interlocking bits of aluminum and has a fully functional camera and great number of specialized tools and blades that fold out. They originally sold for 30 pounds sterling, which doesn’t sound like a lot but certainly was back then, and now go for around $2000.
Seriously, this is one of the coolest gadgets I’ve ever seen in my life.

downside of perfection.
The most valuable thing you can make is a mistake - you can’t learn anything from being perfect.

Beached from Keith Loutit on Vimeo.
This tilt-shifted beach scenes makes everyone look like mini-mes on a mission. The technique, which uses reduced depth of field tricks to make things look “tiny” is actually on optical illusion. We’re used to “focusing” on things close up and leaving the rest of the field of vision blurry so by recreating this on film or video we essentially convince our brains that we’re watching something amazingly tiny.

BANSKY
After painting the town in New Orleans this past week, rogue British street artist BANKSY had the good sense to get out of Hurricane Gustav’s way and piloted his caravan towards the Old South stronghold of ALABAMA where these newest hits quickly popped up. Keep an eye on ST for updates as Her Majesty’s royal artist makes his way east, spraycan in hand. HAVE A LOOK:

AEROGEL.
Used to catch STARDUST.
Aerogel is a extremely low density solid with several remarkable properties, most notably its effectiveness as a thermal insulator. It is nicknamed frozen smoke,[1] solid smoke or blue smoke due to its semi-transparent nature and the way light scatters in the material.
Since it is 99.8% air, it appears semi-transparent.

ANIME EYES!?
The lenses are tinted prominently in the extra-wide outer ring. The result is the appearance of a bigger, wider iris.
The sales copy, "Wanna get big, watery shiny eyes without any surgery? CRAVE AND ENVY NO MORE!"

blah.. blah.. blah..
Life is just blah blah blah.
We hope for blah, and sometimes you find it, but mostly it's just blah.
Waiting for blah, hoping you're right about the blahs you made.
And just when you think you've got the whole blah damn thing figured out and we're surrounded by the ones we blah..
Death shows up... and blah blah blah

response.
[surround]
.its not about withdrawing yourself from people that may need help, support, and positivity but more along the lines of who you call your "friends" and/or people you associate with.
- i believe that surrounding yourself with the best is really in a sense surrounding yourself with people who are better than you in a way to lift you up, challenge and support you. The best will keep you accountable for the things that you want in your life. not bring you down into situations and environments that are destructive.
and likewise you will do the same to others that are receptive.
BUT
you can only help so much until it effects your own well being. and you need to be able to get out of situations that are not conducive to you truly reaching your BEST.

surround.
-i cant stress enough the importance of surrounding yourself with energy that supports your goals. Old folks used to say, " You cant soar with eagles if you're walking around with chickens."
There will been times when you must separate people who bring you down with negativity. Its not always easy, but necessary.
If you know your the best, it only makes sense for you to surround yourself with the best. NO EXEPTIONS!-

your choice.
There are four ways you can come into any situation:
1. With Frustration
2. With Desperation
3. With Dedication
4. With Inspiration

Change.
It is not the strongest that survive, nor is it the most intelligent..
Its the ones who are most acceptant to change.
Change is momentary but crucial to surviving. Embrace it, be receptive..
Comfortability can be confused with Apathy.

DOUBT.
”I don’t think there’s any artist of any value who doesn’t doubt what they’re doing.”-Francis Ford Coppola
Instead of allowing doubt to stop you, look at it more as a sign that you have much more to discover

Your Perspective.
There is a great quote by Wayne Dyer.. “when you change what you looking at, what you’re looking at changes.”
This truly shows the power we have to turn nothing into something as well as something into nothing.
your mind is the most powerful thing on earth.
i can also see this translating into the idea of not getting caught up in the content of actions but more the purpose
..something i struggle with..
the best solution is to ask why..
ive been finding this will help expose the ultimate purpose which will give you the ability to really see.

its amazing how fast the world is progressing.
easing our life with things that are smaller and faster.
although we have less and less time to actually enjoy it.

just a thought...
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

CRRRAZY shit.
Things are looking up for Dede Koswara after doctors removed nearly 4lbs of bark from his body. For nearly 20 years, Dede's body has been covered in warts and tree-like growths. When he was 15, he cut his leg and a small wart developed there. The wart soon spread all over his body. He has been dubbed the "The Tree Man of Java."
Dede spoke to the Telegraph from an Indonesian hospital about how he's looking forward to finding a job and getting married. He's not able to hold a pen for the first time in a long time. He said, "What I really want first is to get better and find a job. But then, one day, who knows? I might meet a girl and get married."
wow.

Japan is amazing.. man plans to build 60-foot-tall Gundam Robot
In order to form a more perfect union and get people interested in robots and robotics, some Japanese guy, Takayuki Furuta, created blueprints to build a 60-foot-tall Gundamn. The total cost of such a robot comes out to $742 million.
That’s almost the size of two Lebron James(es) stacked on top of each other. Tall. And only sorta average in the paint.

i told you dinosaurs exist!
I TOLD YOU!! ive been sayin there are some crazy things still roaming this world and here is one of them.
A species of shark rarely seen alive because its natural habitat is 600 metres (2,000 ft) or more under the sea was captured on film by staff at a Japanese marine park this week.
..
Marine park staff caught the 1.6 metre (5 ft) long creature, which they identified as a female frilled shark, sometimes referred to as a "living fossil" because it is a primitive species that has changed little since prehistoric times.
